Mint Julep

Roasted bourbon stirred with roasted blackberry syrup and fresh mint over crushed ice, finished with a splash of soda water and garnished with mint and crushed dehydrated blackberry. Inspired by the Mint Julep first recorded in the late 1700s in the southern United States.
