Cognac shaken with Cointreau, yuzu honey, lemon juice and ginger syrup, served over a large ice cube and finished with dehydrated lime and Cointreau caviar. Inspired by the Sidecar cocktail created in the early 1920s at Harry’s New York Bar in Paris.
