The Last Word

Gin and mezcal shaken with Green Chartreuse, maraschino liqueur, lime juice and ginger-rosemary syrup, finished with silky egg white foam and smoked rosemary. Inspired by the Last Word cocktail created around 1915 at the Detroit Athletic Club.
