Ward Eight

Rye whiskey shaken with fresh lemon and orange juice, cherry-cinnamon-orange syrup and pomegranate syrup, served over a large ice cube and finished with dehydrated lime and orange-cherry caviar. Inspired by the Ward Eight cocktail created in 1898 at the Locke-Ober restaurant in Boston.
