Whiskey Sour

Bourbon whiskey shaken with fresh lemon juice, ginger infused syrup and rhubarb bitters, finished with silky egg white foam and garnished with dehydrated lime and citrus ginger caviar. Inspired by the Whiskey Sour first recorded in 1862 in Jerry Thomas’s Bartender’s Guide in the United States.
